Production Time
Standard US production time is 7 working days for credit established accounts. See page 361 for Canadian orders. Production begins the day AFTER receipt of order, approved artwork & credit, and approval of proof. Contact factory for production time on large quantity and offshore orders. Add 20% to US 4 Day price for US 1 Day Service; Available on EXACT RE-ORDERS only, or if .DST digitized artwork is provided including thread sequence. MUST contact factory for availability. Order MUST be received by 2pm EST/EDT.
Digitizing Tape
$99.00(G); includes up to 7,000 stitches & 7 thread colors for all caps & visors and up to 7,500 stitches & 7 thread colors for all other embroidered items. Free tape charge on all Embroidered Bullet Line Headwear (caps & visors) when ordering 96 pieces or more, (up to 7,000 stitches & 7 thread colors). Free tape charge on all Embroidered bags & other items, (except caps & visors), when ordering 100 pieces or more, (up to 7,500 stitches & 7 thread colors).
Additional Stitches
Add US $25.00/CDN $27.50(G) digitizing charge plus US $.35/CDN $.39(G) per piece run charge per 1,000 stitches.
Additional Thread Colors
US $.30/CDN $.33(G) per piece/per color/per location.
Thread Color Change
US $30.00/CDN $33.00(G); 72 piece minimum.
Straight Line Copy
Stock lettering only; up to 7,000 stitches US $25.00/CDN $27.50(I) Tape Charge
Tape Editing: US $25.00/CDN $27.50(I). Maximum reduction or enlargement of customer supplied tape shall not exceed 20% of original size.
Thread Color Match
US $35.00/CDN $38.50(G) for any non-stock color thread. Bullet Line® uses Robison-Anton threads. Exact color matches may not be available. Allow up to 2 additional production days for non-stock color thread.
Metallic Thread
US $.20/CDN $.22(G) per 1,000 stitches.
Duplicate Tapes
US $25.00/CDN $27.50(I) for each Bullet Line® digitized tape.
Additional Location Embroidery
US $50.00/CDN $55.00(G) Tape Charge plus US $2.00/CDN $2.20(C) per piece run charge per location on headwear, (up to 3,500 stitches), or US $99.00/CDN $108.90(G) Tape Charge plus US $2.50/CDN $2.75(G) per piece run charge per location on all other items, (includes up to 7,500 stitches and 7 thread colors). For additional stitches, add US $.35/CDN $.39(G) per thousand. Add 3-5 additional production days for each additional imprint area. For designs exceeding 7,500 stitches, contact factory.
Paper/E-mail & Item Proofs
We provide an e-mail proof or actual item proof on all NEW orders, at no charge. Production time begins AFTER receipt of written proof approval. Proofs must be requested on all re-orders.

Blank Merchandise
There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returned blank merchandise. Customer Supplied Tapes: Must be in Tajima format and will be run as digitized. Factory is not responsible for integrity of the tape.
Embroidery Artwork
Please submit clean camera-ready, color artwork 300 dpi or higher. When sending digitized artwork, please send in Tajima format, (.DST), along with the thread sequence or color image of the design. E-mail ALL embroidery artwork to: embroidery@bulletline.com
